Archbishop Emile Joseph Legal

The Archbishop Emile Legal Assembly was granted their charter on August 4, 1990. There were 71 charter members from both the Archdiocese of Edmonton and the Diocese of St. Paul representing 11 Councils.
Based at the Holy Family Parish in St. Abert, the Assembly today has over 90 members with representation from 15 Councils.
